About the Developer

With almost two decades of real estate development experience, the owner of 20 Camino Alto was also the founder of award winning Red Bridge Homes, who has built 24 condominium buildings in Hoboken, NJ.  They not only redeveloped the site where Frank Sinatra was born but also built the first geothermal residential building in the area along with several of the first LEED Platinum certified buildings. Their pioneering use of green roofs in 2018 garnered them a mention in The New York Times.

 

Known in their community as leaders in modern design with a focus on energy efficient building techniques, their homes were highly sought after by homebuyers, often selling out before construction was even completed.
